Furthermore AFML is not regulated by the Financial Services Authority of the United Kingdom. None of AFML’s business is covered by the UK’s Financial Services Compensation Scheme, nor is there any equivalent scheme in place in Guernsey. The UK’s Ombudsman Scheme does not extend to Guernsey, nor is there currently any local equivalent scheme in place.
AFML is not currently licensed to conduct investment business in any jurisdiction other than that of Guernsey.
